Job Summary: An occupational health and safety technician to assist in implementing regulations, conduct audits, support training, and promote a safety culture in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the implementation of occupational health and safety regulations and procedures. 2. Conduct safety audits and propose preventive measures. 3. Collaborate in training activities and promote a safety culture. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in implementing occupational health and safety regulations and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and Vale's internal policies; * Conduct safety audits through field inspections to identify hazardous conditions and propose preventive measures; * Support the distribution, control, and supervision of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Participate in preparing non-conformance reports and follow up on action plans; * Collaborate in safety training sessions and Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) under SESMT supervision; * Support investigations of accidents, incidents, and near-misses, documenting information for analysis; * Monitor work permit (PT) routines and ensure compliance with applicable NRs (Normative Rules); * Promote a safety culture aligned with Vale and Manserv guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Technical qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, registered with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Solid knowledge of conducting compliance audits and managing action plans; * Knowledge of accident investigation and analysis processes; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Familiarity with regulatory standards (NRs). **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
