Description: About the position: * The Construction Director will be responsible for the full management of construction projects, ensuring execution within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Will coordinate technical teams, suppliers, and clients, ensuring compliance with safety standards and current regulations. * Will participate in the strategic planning of the construction department, contributing to the company’s sustainable growth. Key responsibilities: * Plan, organize, and supervise all construction phases, from inception through final delivery. * Manage multidisciplinary teams, promoting integration and employee development. * Control budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring operational efficiency. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and quality standards in construction processes. * Maintain ongoing communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. * Prepare management reports and present results to senior management. * Monitor the economic environment Mandatory requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. * Proven experience in leadership roles within the construction field, preferably on large-scale projects. * Advanced knowledge of project management, budgeting, and planning. * Proficiency in technical and safety standards applicable to civil construction. * Leadership skills and ability to make strategic decisions. Desirable qualifications (advantageous): * Specialization or MBA in Project Management, Production Engineering, or related areas. * Experience with integrated management systems (quality, environment, and safety). * Knowledge of innovative technologies applied to civil construction. * Advanced English for communication with international partners.
