Visit our careers page (****https://carreiras.autoglass.com.br/)** **to explore available opportunities.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Dismantle crates received from suppliers**: Safely open and disassemble crates to avoid damaging reusable wood. * **Remove nails from wooden slats**: Use appropriate tools to remove all nails from wooden slats, ensuring the wood is free of metallic obstructions and ready for the next processing step. * **Cut slats on the miter saw**: Measure and cut slats to the specific dimensions used by the shipping team, using a miter saw to ensure precise and uniform cuts. * **Sort and organize processed slats**: After cutting, sort slats according to specifications and transport them to the area where new shipping crates are assembled, maintaining organization and facilitating access for the shipping team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Exclusively for **Persons with Disabilities**; * Completed high school education; * Willingness and motivation to work; * Availability to work on Saturdays. * No prior experience required; we provide training and capacity building. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience handling boxes/products requiring careful handling; * Experience in logistics; * Ability to propose process improvements. **Additional Information** **What does the Autoglass Group offer?** **To support your daily life:** Base salary \+ variable pay; Transportation allowance; Meal or food allowance.
