We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic ABA Therapist to join our team providing care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The professional will directly support and guide children in their daily activities, promoting their physical, social, and emotional development. Through ABA intervention, our interdisciplinary team supports children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, aiming to increase their participation in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and improve their physical, emotional, and social well-being. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, guiding and supporting children in educational, social, and self-care activities. * Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, implementing treatment plans established by therapists and specialists. * Support in performing daily activities, fostering children’s autonomy and communication skills. * Observation and documentation of children’s progress, behavior, and reactions to inform adjustments to the care plan. * Interaction with and guidance for families to support continuity of care at home. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in or currently studying Psychology. * Knowledge of and/or experience with ABA techniques is a plus. * Patience, empathy, and strong teamwork skills. * Availability to work shifts or according to service needs. **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance with nominal deduction; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Pharmacy benefit program; * SESC membership; * Wellhub (Gympass); * 6-hour daily work schedule, promoting a healthy balance between professional and personal life; * Opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on human development and continuous learning; * Work schedule from Monday to Friday, with guaranteed weekends off, allowing professionals more free time for personal activities and rest.
