Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future. ACCIONA, through its Water business, is seeking a Warehouse Clerk for its new CESAN sanitation project in Espírito Santo. Job Description Mission: Receive, inspect, store, and control materials, tools, PPEs, chemicals, and spare parts used in water and sewage sanitation operations and construction works, ensuring organization, traceability, safety, availability, and compliance of required items for operational continuity and for maintenance and construction teams. Responsibilities: * Receive materials, equipment, tools, spare parts, and chemicals used in water and sewage operations. * Verify invoices, purchase orders, quantities, technical specifications, and delivery conditions. * Report discrepancies, damages, or non-conformities to the Procurement/Supply Chain department. * Record material receipts in the corporate system (ERP/CMMS). * Store materials appropriately, adhering to safety regulations, segregation requirements, shelf-life limits, and specifications. * Organize shelves, racks, storage areas, and frequently used materials (pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, PPEs). * Control inventory of chemicals used in WTP/WWTP (e.g., sodium hypochlorite, polymers, coagulants), where applicable. * Ensure appropriate storage conditions for sensitive materials (electrical, electronic, motors, mechanical seals, pressure gauges, etc.). * Conduct periodic inventories (rotating and full). * Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and identify replenishment needs. * Record material withdrawals with identification of associated project, work order, team, or equipment. * Track expiration dates of PPEs, chemicals, and certified items. Candidate Requirements Additional Job Description Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Courses in Warehousing, Logistics, Storage, or related fields (preferred). * Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain. Preferred experience in sanitation companies, civil construction, O&M, or industrial maintenance.
