




Job Summary: Responsible for processing payments, issuing receipts, ensuring transaction accuracy, maintaining an organized cash register, and providing friendly customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Friendly customer service and resolution of customer inquiries. 2. Efficient management and organization of payments and cash handling. 3. Collaboration with the team to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Receive customer payments in cash, credit/debit cards, Pix, and other payment methods as directed by the company. * Issue fiscal receipts and receipts for customers. * Ensure accuracy in recording sales and financial transactions. * Maintain the cash register adequately stocked with change and request replenishment when necessary. * Provide courteous customer service, answering questions and resolving inquiries regarding products and services. * Assist in restocking and organizing products on shelves near the cash register. * Perform daily cash register closing, ensuring all amounts are correct. * Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security. * Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. * Keep the workplace clean and organized. * Report any discrepancies or issues with the cash register to the manager or immediate supervisor.
