Located in the municipalities of Linhares, Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, Vitória, São Mateus, Cariacica, Colatina and Aracruz, it operates throughout Espírito Santo, southern Bahia, eastern Minas Gerais and northern Rio de Janeiro. **Join our team: OPEN POSITION: TECHNICAL INSTRUCTOR** 1 OPEN POSITION to work in the **SOUTHERN REGION/ES.** **About the opportunity:** We are seeking a Technical Instructor to deliver customer training across Espírito Santo, raising the standard for installation, configuration and best practices in electronic security and networking. The mission is to transform technical knowledge into practical, concise and immediately applicable training for customers’ day-to-day operations. **Key responsibilities:** * Plan and deliver in-person training sessions for customers and new market entrants. * Conduct hands-on classes: installation, configuration, adjustments, testing and market simulations. * Develop and maintain support materials (slides, quick guides, checklists, lesson plans and installation standards). * Design learning paths by skill level (beginner/intermediate/advanced) and by solution (e.g., IP CCTV, alarms, access control, networks). * Organize and execute an internal training schedule (3x/week), ensuring consistency and quality. * Collect feedback and satisfaction metrics, proposing continuous improvements. * Provide technical support to internal teams regarding standardized guidance and recurring questions. **Mandatory requirements:** * Practical experience in Electronic Security (e.g., IP/analogue CCTV, alarms, access control, video door phones/intercoms and installation best practices). * Solid networking knowledge: IP, DHCP, NAT, ports, Wi‑Fi, switches, PoE, structured cabling and diagnostics. * Teaching ability and clear communication with technical audiences (instructor profile). * Availability for weekly travel (3x/week) within the interior of ES. * Organizational skills for scheduling and material maintenance. **Preferred qualifications:** * Certifications/courses in networking, electronic security, manufacturers and/or instructor training. * Experience training installers/integrators and managing group sessions. * Advanced networking knowledge (e.g., VLAN, routing, QoS) and best practices for IP CCTV. * Experience creating technical content (guides, manuals and short videos). **Behavioral competencies:** * Patience, objectivity and solution orientation. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Strong time and travel management. * Ability to engage with customers of varying technical levels. **Additional information:** CLT employment regime Salary R$ 4\.000,00 * Travel policy: company vehicle for transportation and per diems for overnight stays. * Development plan: training and certifications. **Benefits:** * Unimed medical assistance (after probation period) * Unimed dental assistance (after probation period) * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance \- R$ 600,00 (fixed monthly) * SESC partnership * Pharmacy partnership * University partnership * PSC Interested candidates should apply via our link.
