Job Description Mission: Collaborate and support projects carried out by your business unit/department, in accordance with guidance provided by your supervisor, to execute assigned tasks and receive training in basic techniques within your field of activity.* Provide support for environmental management-related processes and maintenance, including: analysis of environmental documents and records related to audits; updating environmental licenses with regulatory agencies; administration of environmental programs; interface with suppliers and authorities; and other relevant items. * Assist in controlling and conducting system audits, analyzing results and established controls for related processes. * Analyze data and draft managerial reports, making them available to superiors and other interested departments. * Advise the company on matters related to environmental issues. * Assist in developing and managing environmental management plans and projects. * Address employees approaching the department to resolve pending issues or request environmental project regularization. * Support the development of environmental risk protection and mitigation projects. * Perform report preparation, project typing, application form completion, and research into environmental legislation. * Organize and archive environmental projects and documents under the department’s responsibility. * Support environmental communication and awareness initiatives. * Assist in performing departmental activities, providing team support. * Contribute to developing and managing environmental management plans, including classification of environmental aspects, identification of applicable legislation, and development and implementation of projects aimed at reducing environmental impact. Contribute to developing and managing environmental management plans, including classification of environmental aspects, identification of applicable legislation, and development and implementation of projects aimed at reducing environmental impact. * Assist in audit preparations and responses. * Assist in analyzing, auditing, and monitoring environmental programs and processes, focusing on technical and administrative aspects of internal policies and national and international standards and legislation, to ensure compliance with corporate requirements or legal obligations. * Support the delivery and monitoring of employee training programs, disseminating environmental processes, policies, and standards. * Monitor current legislation, internal policies, environmental certifications, and technical and technological innovations related to the environment. * Implement, maintain, and enhance the Environmental Management System according to ISO 14001; * Support integration of environmental requirements into other management systems (quality, safety, health); * Control and manage environmental licenses (Preliminary License, Installation License, Operating License, Exemptions, Authorizations); Water resource use permits; Specific environmental authorizations; Other applicable legal obligations; Monitor validity periods, expiration dates, and renewals; Initiate, process, and follow up on procedures with environmental agencies; Prepare technical reports and documentation for licensing procedures; Be responsible for initiating and following up on licenses for construction works and interventions; Monitor, control, and ensure compliance with environmental conditions; Prepare periodic reports for environmental agencies and CESAN.
