Support the tire control and write-off process We are seeking a professional responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and recording all maintenance activities for equipment, machinery, and workshop facilities, aiming to ensure the availability, safety, and efficiency of tractors and trailers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive and analyze trip checklists, identifying fleet-related non-conformities and directing issues to responsible parties; * Monitor drivers' completion of operational checklists, reporting pending items to the operations supervisor; * Identify vehicle component irregularities—such as fuel tanks, tarpaulins, and safety systems—and forward related requests to maintenance; * Support the tire control and write-off process according to audit findings and maintenance criteria; * Plan, control, and monitor preventive and corrective fleet maintenance, managing Service Orders (SOs); * Record labor hours and operational entries in the Produsoft system; * Update trailer and vehicle odometer readings and operational history in the system via trip entries; * Ensure maintenance indicators—including SOs in progress, odometer tracking, hour meter readings, and preventive maintenance—are updated and monitored; * Control fleet component movement and traceability, with focus on tire management; * Monitor tire dispatch and return for retreading to approved service providers; * Schedule maintenance services with approved suppliers and service providers; * Open and track maintenance tickets, ensuring operational demands are addressed; * Control usage and availability of workshop support vehicles; * Perform other duties related to fleet maintenance, as required and directed by immediate leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience as a maintenance controller; * Knowledge of fleet management processes; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Production Engineering; * Proficiency in Excel (Basic/Intermediate); * Driver's License Category B. **Additional Information** **What does the Autoglass Group offer?** * **For your physical and mental health:** Health and dental insurance plans, extendable to dependents; Psychological counseling; Pregnancy program with extended maternity leave; Wellhub (discounts at gyms). * **To support your daily life:** Transportation allowance; Meal or food allowance; at Christmas, we send a generously filled basket; Morning and afternoon coffee breaks; Opportunity to work and exchange daily knowledge with an incredible, welcoming team; Oh!
