**Job Scope:** ---------------------- **Melting (9 positions):** The incumbent is responsible for removing finished material (ingots, approx. 7 kg) from molds and placing them on racks for transport to shipping; cleaning metal overflow channels; weighing and assisting the furnace operator in alloy correction; cleaning and organizing the area; supporting equipment operators in other process-related activities; **Shipping (3 positions):** The incumbent is responsible for weighing, sorting, packaging, and identifying finished material; inspecting finished products; recording productivity; completing loading forms; organizing the work area; supporting other departmental activities; **Scrap Loading/Rectification (1 position):** Assist in manual sorting of aluminum scrap and loading it into bags; identifying and weighing the material; cleaning and maintaining the workplace; supporting other departmental activities. **Metal Recovery (3 positions):** Sort processed material from the mill and load it into Big Bags, then identify it; operate overhead cranes to move Big Bags; move raw and processed materials for sorting, weighing, storage, and truck loading/unloading, if requested and authorized to operate a forklift; separate aluminum mixed in slag received from the melting department; operate screens and mills; record production; clean and maintain the workplace; support other departmental activities. Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level)
