Brief job description ACCIONA, within its Water business, is seeking a Property Security Supervisor for its new CESAN sanitation project in Espírito Santo. Job description Mission: Analyze innovation initiatives to be implemented in this role, according to each project’s specifications, to develop new processes and tools that optimize systems and techniques applied in this function. Responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of employees, customers, visitors, and property. Other responsibilities include organizing personal protection services in foreign countries experiencing political instability or legal uncertainty. Focus on managing and resolving security incidents identified at work sites. Candidate requirements Supervise and control the implementation of action plans and processes established by management. Supervise activities and teams within their area of responsibility and are accountable for operational planning and achieved results. Supervise the security of employees, customers, visitors, and property. Oversee, monitor, and control front-desk and surveillance teams and activities provided by permanent staff and/or third parties, managing security plans, teams, shift schedules, patrols, service quality, among others. Control and supervise the vehicle fleet. Supervise the organization of personal protection services in foreign countries experiencing political instability or legal uncertainty.
