Job Description Responsibilities: * Supervise maintenance teams’ activities; * Clarify technical queries with maintenance teams; * Supervise and ensure the quality of services related to road signage, traffic management, excavation, pipe laying, backfilling, compaction, road reinstatement, finishing works, commissioning, testing, closure records of maintenance activities (collector, interceptor, network, and pumping line) and domestic connections; * Monitor long- and medium-term maintenance planning; * Plan and execute preventive maintenance; * Identify risks, uncertainties, and constraints in maintenance activities; * Identify opportunities to increase productivity and reduce costs through optimization of execution methods; * Supervise, monitor, and manage contracts with third-party companies; * Supervise, monitor, and manage work routines, materials, vehicles, equipment, and tools; * Critically evaluate maintenance team performance and jointly propose improvement strategies with coordination; * Verify monthly measurements in accordance with Measurement Bulletins (MB), per contractual terms; * Collect data for the monthly report on key maintenance indicators; * Generate technical maintenance reports, ensuring documentation of execution evidence and contractual compliance; * Gather technical information to address legal requests, CESAN requirements, Independent Verifier requests, environmental agencies, and municipal and state governments; * Ensure maintenance execution according to defined schedules; * Optimize utilization of resources required for maintenance execution (human resources, materials, vehicles, equipment, and tools); * Attend inspections, audits, and technical surveys; * Propose continuous improvements to maintenance processes within the quality management system; * Comply with ACCIONA’s work standards, procedures, and occupational health, safety, security, and environmental (QSSMA) policies. Candidate Requirements Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Sanitary, Mechanical, or Production Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in team management.
