Job Summary The Laboratory Assistant supports activities related to the production, formulation, and quality control of cosmetics, with emphasis on stability studies monitoring. Responsibilities include assisting in raw material weighing, preparation of formulations, conducting tests, and maintaining laboratory organization, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ANVISA requirements. Main Responsibilities ✔ Assist in weighing and preparing raw materials according to established formulations; ✔ Support in cosmetic product formulation during production stages; ✔ Operate, clean, and organize laboratory equipment, glassware, and tools; ✔ Maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); ✔ Check and organize inventory of supplies and raw materials; ✔ Support stability studies, including: ✔ Collection and documentation of representative samples; ✔ Storage under controlled conditions (climate chambers, shelves, etc.); ✔ Performing physicochemical analyses (pH, viscosity, density, color, odor, texture); ✔ Evaluation of possible microbiological and sensory changes; ✔ Monitoring product-packaging compatibility; ✔ Recording and archiving results in technical forms and reports. ✔ Assist in issuing and organizing technical documents to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
