Acting as Key User in ERP system **Your Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement standardization of procedures related to billing and loading of finished products, optimizing the distribution flow between factories and retail networks. * Perform stratification of the open sales order portfolio, conducting daily meetings to drive actions and cross-functional integration to increase daily billing volume and speed. * Monitor and coordinate actions to ensure billing and loading service levels. * Support customer service and billing operations. * Coordinate training and development of billing teams. * Develop system improvements related to billing and loading. * Act as Key User of the ERP system. **What We Are Looking For:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. * Strong communication skills, responsibility, and proactivity. **Note:** * Only PDF resumes will be accepted.
