Job Summary: A professional responsible for installing and maintaining telecommunications networks, performing optical fiber splicing and correcting network faults. Key Highlights: 1. Install and maintain telecommunications networks 2. Lay and retrieve cables on poles and in conduits 3. Identify and correct network faults **Responsibilities:** * Install and maintain telecommunications networks (optical fiber, cables, and equipment). * Lay and retrieve cables on poles and in conduits. * Perform optical fiber splicing and signal testing. * Identify and correct network faults. * Support customer activation and preventive network maintenance. * Comply with safety regulations and use of PPE. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience with telecommunications or optical fiber networks. * Knowledge of cable laying, splicing, and network testing. * NR-10 and NR-35 certifications (preferred). * Driver's license category B (desirable). * Availability for fieldwork. **Additional Benefits:** * Hazard pay * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance.
