Ensure safe and efficient equipment operation JOB MISSION Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently, minimizing failures and interruptions through a well-structured and proactive maintenance routine. SUMMARY DESCRIPTION – ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WITH PARTNER AREAS 1. Know and comply with the SHE Policy, Golden Rules, and company’s general standards; 2. Conduct Behavioral Observations, participate in planned inspections, and report deviations and incidents via SHE, quality, and environmental labels; 3. Be responsible for complying with the company’s current Integrated Policy and guide other employees toward understanding and complying with it; 4. Comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements, follow area procedures, maintain a clean and organized workplace, ensure Unilever Quality-standard products and safe products, and comply with procedures for handling potentially unsafe products; 5. Know and comply with SHE Rules 29 and 30; 6. Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for performing tasks, per the requisition, replacement, and disposal policy; 7. Support implementation of the UMS methodology within your area of responsibility; act as guardian and multiplier of the methodology; 8. Fulfill contributions according to health, safety, environment, and quality standards outlined in Unilever’s internal policies; 9. Report factory accidents and incidents per Unilever’s internal policy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN I 1. Measure equipment vibrations using vibration sensors to collect data and identify mechanical issues before they cause failures; 2. Align maintenance activities with scheduled maintenance shutdowns, adjusting machines and equipment using laser or mechanical alignment tools to ensure proper equipment operation and avoid unnecessary wear; 3. Perform tests and diagnostics on equipment and machinery; 4. Execute corrective maintenance on machinery while adhering to factory safety technical standards and norms; 5. Support disassembly of machinery and equipment using appropriate tools to dismantle components for maintenance, repair, or part replacement; 6. Evaluate critical maintenance points, identifying and prioritizing areas requiring intervention. Vibration data collection; 7.
