This professional proactively performs preventive maintenance, carries out minor repairs, and safeguards the premises' security. Responsibilities * Clean and organize environments such as rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. * Properly collect and dispose of waste, adhering to safety and sustainability standards. * Perform minor repairs, including bulb replacement, faucet repair, and wall painting. * Monitor and control access of people and vehicles to ensure premises security. * Maintain equipment and furniture, reporting maintenance needs. * Respond to requests from residents, visitors, and staff, providing courteous and efficient service. * Liaise with suppliers for procurement of cleaning and maintenance materials. * Attend trainings and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge. * Comply with safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all. Requirements * Prior experience as a custodian or in similar roles * Basic knowledge of building maintenance * Attention to detail and strong organizational sense * Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and service providers * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
