Meal Control:** * Monitor and record daily the number of meals served. * Generate meal lists, ensuring accuracy and meeting users' needs. * Record consumed meals in the system. **2\. Procurement and Inventory Management:** * Conduct biweekly purchases of supplies required for cafeteria operations. * Monitor inventory levels, tracking goods inflows and outflows to prevent waste and shortages. * Maintain an organized and up-to-date inventory. **3\. Documentation and Archiving:** * Archive spreadsheets and documents related to biweekly operational closings. * Ensure all records are accurately completed and readily accessible for audits and reviews. * Prepare detailed monthly meal closing reports. * Perform other duties assigned by the area manager. Requirements **Job requirements:** Completed High School education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Driver's License AB; **Additional Information:** **Employment Type:** CLT \- On-site; **Working Hours:** (Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM \- 1-hour lunch break).
