Job Summary:
A professional to coordinate and supervise the tax/tributary area, ensuring accurate tax calculation, monitoring of ancillary obligations, and team management.

**Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and supervise activities in the tax/tributary area;
* Ensure accurate calculation of taxes (federal, state, and municipal);
* Monitor and validate ancillary obligations (SPED, DCTF, EFD, among others);
* Manage the tax team, promoting development and organization of tasks;
* Ensure compliance with current legislation and tax updates;
* Support internal and external audits;
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and reduction of tax risks;
* Interface with other departments (accounting, finance, and legal).
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences;
* Active CRC registration (preferred);
* Solid experience in the tax area and in a leadership position;
* Knowledge of tax legislation (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL);
* Experience with ERP systems and ancillary obligations;
* Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Postgraduate degree or specialization in tax matters;
* Experience in accounting firms or BPO companies;
* Knowledge of tax planning;
* Experience managing KPIs and targets.
