Perform ingredient pre-prep tasks such as cutting, chopping, and peeling food items. Assist with kitchen organization and cleaning, maintaining workplace hygiene and safety. Assist in plating dishes following the chef's instructions and ensuring proper presentation. Assist in food and supply inventory control, verifying expiration dates and available quantities. Collaborate with kitchen equipment cleaning and maintenance. Follow food safety and personal hygiene regulations during kitchen work.
