We look forward to welcoming you to our team! **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Electronic Systems, Control and Automation, Telecommunications, or related fields. **Requirements:** * Experience in the field; * Knowledge of telecommunications systems and networks; * MS Office; * Ability to conduct requirement gathering and develop customized technical solutions; * Familiarity with quotations and negotiations with telecommunications equipment and service providers; * Flexibility; * Communication skills; * Teamwork. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze clients’ technical requirements and define comprehensive telecommunications solutions; * Prepare technical specifications and material lists, and evaluate manufacturers’ quotations; * Perform cost-benefit analysis of proposed solutions; * Coordinate material procurement and guide equipment installation; * Train, supervise, and support field teams, ensuring quality and performance; * Serve as the client interface during planning and execution of installations; * Technically manage the Telecommunications team’s activities; * Record evidence of field activities; * Support leadership in decision-making and process improvement.
