*We are seeking a professional responsible for supervising HR administration, including payroll processing, tax withholdings, employee onboarding and contract terminations, and vacation management, to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and internal company policies.*
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Supervise, motivate, and guide the workforce to ensure service quality;
* Supervise team engagement and interpersonal relations to enhance customer satisfaction and experience;
* Manage the company's time bank, adhering to current legislation and ensuring proper hour compensation;
* Monitor the vacation schedule jointly with managers, verifying deadlines and legal compliance;
* Manage and develop the HR department team, delivering necessary training and capacity-building initiatives for employee development;
* Oversee payroll processing and supervise its closing, in accordance with company policies and labor regulations;
* Manage benefit programs—including medical assistance, life insurance, medical leave, among others—ensuring employees receive their benefits accurately and promptly, while also researching current market practices to improve company offerings;
* Ensure adherence to internal company policies and procedures, as well as applicable labor laws and regulations;
* Address employee interpersonal issues, resolve conflicts, and foster a healthy work environment (labor relations role);
* Conduct analyses and prepare managerial reports on people-related topics, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing solutions to identified challenges;
* Facilitate effective communication between management and employees, ensuring relevant information is shared clearly and timely.
**Other Responsibilities:**
* Stay updated on technological advancements in the field to support professional development, knowledge sharing, suggestions for equipment and process improvements, and contribute to continuous improvement;
* Be fully accountable for the quality, reliability, confidentiality, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under one's responsibility;
* Strictly comply with company and client standards regarding quality, conduct, personal behavior, and related expectations;
* Safeguard the company’s image and reputation, as well as its assets, customers, suppliers, and other partners.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, employee record management, and labor law compliance;
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
* Intermediate Excel proficiency;
* Proficiency in the TOTVS RM Labore system;
* Knowledge of standard HR department routines;
