Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Directly provide feedback on all reports received from pedagogical consultants and bilingual pedagogical consultants regarding observations submitted by teachers from partner schools across various educational segments. Present and monitor performance indicators related to timely delivery of these reports. Collaborate with the Content Coordination team to assess the relevance of observations, complaints, and/or suggestions for improvement concerning our didactic collections. Support the organization, follow-up, and handling of pedagogical training sessions and workshops—including all in-person and online events, Project 360, Insights, and Conexão. Support interactions between pedagogical consultants, coordinators, and the Customer Experience Management team regarding bilingual and English-language solution content across all segments. Perform linguistic review of internal productions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Languages (Letters) Specialization in bilingual education topics is desirable.
