Organization, responsibility, and commitment We currently have an open opportunity for a **Building Maintenance Assistant Technician**, supporting daily building maintenance activities to ensure preservation and proper functioning of facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Support building maintenance services (electrical, plumbing, masonry, and painting) * Perform minor repairs and adjustments to facilities * Assist in maintaining internal and external areas * Identify maintenance needs and report them to the responsible person * Comply with safety regulations and workplace organization standards **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Building Maintenance Assistant Technician or in similar roles * Basic knowledge of building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and civil) * Organization, responsibility, and commitment * Ability to work effectively in a team **Salary and Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Meal allowance: BRL 16.50 per day / no deduction * Food basket * Transportation voucher (VT) or flexible fuel benefit * Hapvida health insurance plan * Bradesco dental insurance plan * Life insurance * Wellhub * Collaborative work environment and growth opportunities Minimum Education: High School Diploma
