Apply now and join the Planit team!! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Based on the Project Master Schedule, coordinate the development and consolidation of detailed schedules for service providers across each package (civil construction and electromechanical installation). * Develop/update the Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); * Monitor all scheduled activities, comparing executed vs. scheduled work and performing rescheduling with contracted companies whenever necessary; * Provide the Project Manager with all information required to prepare weekly and monthly progress reports; * Define, jointly with the Project Manager, the chart of accounts, cost control procedures, and criteria for management reports; * Implement a systematic cost plan to identify potential deviations and recovery actions; * Prepare Monthly Financial Control Reports for each contract, according to the established Chart of Accounts; * Prepare and issue Project Monitoring Reports, in accordance with the client's methodology standards; * Analyze, comment on, and archive Daily Site Reports (DSRs) issued by contractors; * Organize the project’s technical documentation archive, including all project drawings, supplier drawings, material certificates, and test certificates; * Issue meeting minutes and distribute them to all involved parties; * Control the release of project drawings, ensuring site execution always follows the latest revision — “Approved for Construction”; * Monitor contractors’ implementation of “As-Built” markings on a master set of drawings, indicating any field changes; * Control the workflow for development and approval of Project Changes (PCs); * Receive and organize technical documentation for equipment or systems, for subsequent compilation into the “Data Book”, as well as certificates for performed tests. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering; * Prior experience as a planner for multidisciplinary projects; * Experience with MS Project; * Knowledge of Project Management; * Experience as a planner in industrial environments; * Availability to work onsite in Sete Lagoas/MG. **Additional Information** Location: Sete Lagoas/MG Employment Type: CLT * National Health Plan — Unimed (no employee deduction; only family members’ inclusion is subject to deduction); * Dental Plan (optional); * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meals at the project cafeteria (no deductions applied); * Professional Development / Training (available after 1 year). **Clude Saúde** * Telemedicine consultations with General Practitioners (unlimited usage); * Severe disease prevention program; * Telepsychology consultations (two free consultations per month; R$50.00 per additional consultation); * Nutrition and fitness program; * Emotional health program; * Telenutrition consultations (one consultation per month + chat-based follow-up); * Access to healthcare services with discounts; * 24/7 telephone medical guidance, seven days a week; * Medication discounts (up to 80% discount at pharmacies including Droga Raia, Drogasil, Drogaria SP, Drogaria Pacheco, Pague Menos, and others). **Partnerships:** * Partnership with an English language learning platform (Open English); * Partnership with Movida; * Partnership with Udemy. **Our purpose is: "Transforming people and organizations through a planning culture".** Planit was founded in 2009 to address project-related needs, both in planning and in managing implementation and delivery of results.
