Organization and efficiency in customer service ### **About the position:** As a supermarket cold section attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring products remain fresh and of high quality while delivering excellent customer service. Your role is essential to customer satisfaction and the success of the supermarket's cold section. ### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. ### **Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience as a cold section attendant or in related areas; * Knowledge of food hygiene and handling techniques; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers; * Organization and efficiency in customer service; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays ### **Responsibilities:** * Receive and inspect products delivered by suppliers * Store products appropriately, adhering to food hygiene and safety standards * Keep the cold counter clean and well-organized * Serve customers courteously and efficiently, providing product information and assisting with selection * Cut, slice, and package products according to customer demand * Restock products in the sales area, ensuring continuous inventory availability * Monitor product expiration dates and properly discard expired items * Operate the cash register, recording sales and receiving customer payments * Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils used in the cold section * Participate in training and development programs provided by the company ### **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Attendance bonus or food basket; * Discounts with distance-learning institutions, pharmacies, and other partners; * Shopping discounts; * Transportation allowance; * On-site snacks. ### **Work Schedule:** * Rotating shift: 6 days on, 1 day off
