Assist in general maintenance and organization of the cleaning supply stock ### **About the position:** As a supermarket Cleaning Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining workplace hygiene and organization so that all supermarket areas remain consistently clean and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers and staff. ### **Mandatory requirement:** * Basic education; ### **Desirable requirements:** * Prior cleaning experience, preferably in commercial environments; * Basic knowledge of cleaning products and sanitation techniques; * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. ### **Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning and maintenance across all supermarket areas, including floors, shelves, display cases, restrooms, etc.; * Appropriately use cleaning products and equipment, following usage instructions and ensuring safety; * Organize and monitor the cleaning supplies inventory, requesting replenishment when necessary; * Collect garbage and properly dispose of waste, complying with safety and environmental regulations; * Report any issues or maintenance needs to the department supervisor; * Maintain the work area consistently clean and organized, adhering to safety and hygiene standards; * Assist with other cleaning and maintenance-related tasks as needed. ### **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Attendance bonus or food basket; * Incentives for achieving targets; * Discounts with distance-learning institutions, pharmacies, and other partners; * Shopping discounts; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals. ### **Work schedule and working hours:** Rotating shift: 6 days on, 1 day off
