If this profile matches you and you wish to be part of a results-oriented, excellence-driven team, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** The Traffic Operator - Heavy-Duty Tow Truck is responsible for operating heavy-duty tow trucks to remove vehicles obstructing roadways, responding to incidents, and supporting safe and efficient traffic flow on highways. Additionally, they must maintain constant communication with the Operations Control Center (OCC) and coordinate vehicle removal activities in accordance with safety regulations and operational procedures. * Operate heavy-duty tow trucks to remove accident-damaged, disabled, or roadway-obstructing vehicles, ensuring safety for all involved; * If required, operate other operational vehicles such as light-duty tow trucks, livestock transport trucks, tanker trucks, and traffic inspection vehicles; * Ensure safety during vehicle removal by adhering to safety standards and using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Maintain constant communication with the OCC (Operations Control Center), reporting incident locations and receiving guidance for optimal response; * Safely transport vehicles to designated locations (impound yards, repair shops, or final destinations), taking care to avoid damage to vehicles or roadways; * Collaborate with other support and security teams, such as traffic inspectors and security agents, during vehicle removal and transportation; * Inspect the heavy-duty tow truck before each operation to ensure equipment is in good working condition, performing preventive maintenance as needed; * Complete incident and activity reports, including information on removed vehicles, time, location, and any other relevant details about the response; * Assist with traffic signage and control in vehicle removal zones, ensuring work is conducted safely without endangering drivers and other highway users; * Perform basic tow truck maintenance, such as checking fluids, tires, and other essential items to ensure vehicle operability; * Respond promptly and efficiently to emergencies—including accidents or highway blockages—to minimize traffic impact; * Drive the vehicle safely in compliance with traffic laws and other organizational regulations; * Know, understand, and comply with policies, standards, procedures, or work instructions established by Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Road Safety management systems, as applicable to their area of responsibility, per company requirements or current legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary education; Driver’s License Category E; Knowledge of heavy-duty tow truck operation, vehicle removal procedures, traffic signage, and highway safety regulations. **Additional Information** On-site work at BSO 02 (Conceição do Pará/MG); Work schedule: 2x2 rotating shift. **Benefits:** Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; Health Insurance (Unimed State Plan); Life Insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); Charter Transportation. **In our selection processes, everyone is welcome. For the Way-262 concession, Way Brasil partners with investment manager Kinea. **Way-306** The MS-306 Highway Concessionaire S.A. manages the entire length of the MS-306 highway—from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS)—and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway traverses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul state. **Way-112** The MS Eastern Highways Concessionaire S.A. manages the MS-112 highway and sections of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends 200.5 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia. The BR-158 concession segment runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), covering 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 concession segment extends 18.10 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** The BR 262 MG Highway Concessionaire S.A. manages the BR-262 highway concession, spanning from km 360+100 at its junction with BR-381 in Betim to km 799 at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba—a total of 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais state, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, passing through twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
