




The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the company's operational and administrative routines, ensuring organization, efficiency, and support to different internal areas. **Responsibilities:** * Provide service to internal and external clients (phone, email, and in-person). * Organize and archive physical and digital documents. * Assist in managing spreadsheets, reports, and internal systems. * Support procurement processes, invoice issuance, supplier and customer registration. * Provide support to finance, HR, and other departments when necessary. * Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with general administrative tasks. * Monitor internal requests and ensure deadlines are met. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (preferably technical or higher education in Administration or related fields). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. **Advantageous Qualifications:** * Previous experience in the role. * Familiarity with management systems (ERP). * Basic knowledge of cash flow and invoices. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal/food allowance * Health insurance * Other benefits according to internal policy Job type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$1.747,00 - R$1.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance
