Requirements: \- Proven experience as a Gardener in residential, condominium, or commercial areas; \- Knowledge of plant, shrub, and flower care; \- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and trimmers; \- Basic knowledge of irrigation systems; \- Attention to detail and ability to identify and solve problems related to plant health; \- Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays, depending on job requirements; \- Good physical condition to perform tasks involving lifting and outdoor work. Responsibilities: \- Planting, pruning, and removing plants, shrubs, and flowers; \- Applying fertilizers and pest control; \- Maintaining and cleaning gardens by removing leaves and debris; \- Mowing lawns using mowers and manual tools; \- Performing irrigation tasks, such as watering manually or adjusting automated irrigation systems; \- Monitoring plant health and identifying issues like insect infestations or diseases; \- Recommending corrective actions to maintain garden health and beauty; \- Maintaining and repairing gardening equipment when necessary; \- Following workplace safety best practices and ensuring conservation of natural resources.
