Maintain physical and digital files up to date **OPPORTUNITY FOR A LABOR RELATIONS / HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT APPRENTICE** **What do you need?** * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel and Word. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity. * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day. * Ability to handle confidential information. **What is desirable?** * Prior knowledge or experience in legal departments, HR, or labor-related areas. * Strong critical analysis and interpretation skills regarding laws and judicial decisions. * Ability to work in teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Administration, Human Resources, or Accounting. **Salary:** R$ 1\.000,00\. **Benefits:** Meal allowance; transportation allowance; and health insurance. **Working Hours:** 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday to Friday. **What will you do?** * Assist in responding to internal and external audits by organizing and providing requested documents. * Monitor compliance with legal deadlines, supporting the team in collecting and submitting information to the legal department. * Organize documents related to labor lawsuits, such as notifications, defenses, and proof of service. * Keep physical and digital departmental files updated, ensuring organization and easy access to documentation. * Assist in preparing reports and performance indicators for the department, contributing to process and cost control.
