Assist in monthly closing and preparation of trial balances Support the finance department by recording, classifying, and reconciling documents (e.g., invoices, bills), assisting in tax calculations, completing payment forms, and preparing reports and trial balances, ensuring organization and compliance of the company's accounting and tax information, with emphasis on accuracy and support for monthly and annual accounting closing. Perform bank and accounting account reconciliations; Assist in tax calculations and completion of tax payment forms (e.g., INSS, FGTS, etc.). Support monthly closing and preparation of trial balances and financial statements. Collaborate in filing tax declarations (e.g., eSocial, etc.).
