BOLD Snacks is looking for a Social Media Analyst (Performance) to join our team! In this role, your responsibilities will include: * Planning, executing, and monitoring BOLD’s social media strategy (organic + paid). * Defining optimal content formats for each platform and objective (video, carousel, Reels, UGC, static posts, etc.). * Creating and maintaining a strategic editorial calendar, integrating paid and organic activities, scheduling publication dates and times to maximize reach and engagement. * Defining and managing paid media investments across key platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google). * Monitoring KPIs and proposing continuous data-driven optimizations. * Collaborating closely with the Content and Digital teams. * Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify opportunities. * Ensuring strategic consistency and performance across all social channels. Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. A postgraduate program in progress is desirable. * Experience in social media, specifically in organic performance and paid media. * Proficiency in management and analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Google). * Solid knowledge of media buying (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google). * Strong data analysis skills and ability to make strategic decisions. * Experience with KPIs, reporting, and optimization routines. * Willingness to work onsite in Divinópolis/MG.
