Join us!** **Responsibilities** * Develop and validate exhaust system components (e.g., manifold, catalytic converter, pipes, mufflers, and mounts), ensuring vehicle integration and compliance with performance requirements. * Ensure proper exhaust system sizing within the vehicle, considering thermal constraints, vibration (NVH), durability, and emissions. * Define technical requirements for suppliers during component development, prototyping, and series production. * Prepare and review DFMEA, sourcing documentation, and official technical drawings. Validate 2D/3D models, supporting bench, laboratory, and vehicle testing. * Conduct failure analysis and problem resolution, ensuring solutions aligned with quality, cost, and schedule. * Collaborate with Calibration, Quality, Manufacturing, and Emissions departments to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. * Guide CAD designers and ensure updates to lessons learned and technical standards. **Requirements** * Experience with 3D software (UG NX and/or CATIA – intermediate level). * Knowledge of technical drawing and GD\&T. * Experience with DFMEA. * Hands-on experience with automotive exhaust systems and their subsystems. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes: stamping, welding, tube forming, and casting. * Knowledge of emissions requirements and thermal integration will be considered a plus. **Education** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). * Advanced English proficiency. **Location and Work Model** * Stellantis Betim * Hybrid model (1–2 days per week onsite) **What We Offer** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Childcare allowance; * Maternity and Paternity leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible working hours.
