About our vacancy, Main Responsibilities: * Collection and analysis of water and dairy derivative samples, reporting results, laboratory cleaning and organization. * Perform cleaning and organization of the area; * Cleaning and sanitization of glassware; * Conduct physicochemical and/or microbiological analyses on supply water, dairy raw materials, products under production, and finished products; * Monitoring precision and analytical instruments; * Perform concentration analyses in cleaning solutions; * Update databases (physical and electronic spreadsheets); * Collect samples for analysis; * Issue release reports for raw materials and finished products, such as: whey, buttermilk, cheeses, pre-processed raw milk, and others; * Prepare samples for sensory analyses. What we expect from you: High School Diploma.
