Come join our team as an **Underground Mine Operational Control Supervisor!** **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure execution of the sequence of activities required to meet the production plan, maintaining continuous alignment during the operational shift with the Mine Operations Supervisor and other support areas (maintenance, geology, surveying, etc); * Provide the Mine Operations Supervisor with updates to the production plan at the start of each shift; * Develop the shift work schedule, assigning resources with focus on production plan priorities. At the beginning of each shift, the schedule—including team assignments per workface—must be validated with the Mine Operations Supervisor, who will determine the most suitable employee for each activity; adjustments will be made jointly; * Adjust equipment and team assignments due to operational constraints occurring during the shift. Such adjustments must be coordinated jointly with the Mine Operations Supervisor, who must be aware of the allocation of teams under their responsibility and understand that resources are assigned according to production plan priorities. If the Mine Operations Supervisor cannot be reached via radio at the time of adjustment, contact must be established as soon as possible; * Monitor all shift activities via radio, continuously visiting each scheduled workface, and record activity progress and reported anomalies / constraints in a dedicated report; * Update daily infrastructure activity scheduling and prioritization jointly with the area responsible; * Continuously monitor cycle-time deviations for equipment and key activities (drilling, ground support, blasting, hauling) and implement corrective actions; * Communicate emergency resource requirements to the CCO Assistant for application during the shift and preparation for subsequent shifts; * Ensure the quality of information recorded by the CCO Technician; * Email improvement proposals for processes to coordinators; * Participate in process improvement teams alongside the Improvement Analyst.
