Come be part of our team as a **Process Engineer!** **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure safety, production, and cost targets of the metallurgical plant are met within their area of responsibility; * Daily evaluation of wastewater treatment parameters (compound concentrations, reagent dosing, efficiency, pH, turbidity, etc.) and monitoring points, proposing actions to mitigate impacts, ensure compliance with regulations, and reduce costs; * Develop and optimize treatment routes for mine and process effluents; * Evaluate and inspect effluent sampling, defining conditions and ensuring operators follow standards for representative sampling (procedures, tools, frequency, laboratory delivery, contamination prevention); * Engage teams to improve station operations (calibration of scales, flow meters, pH meters, etc.); * Manage reagent consumption according to targets, including inventory control, restocking, and purchase requests, maintaining coordination with Procurement and Warehouse; * Assess equipment and material needs, issue purchase requests, and monitor progress; * Conduct laboratory tests to define new reagent and process conditions, analyzing and presenting results in reports; * Plan, execute, and analyze laboratory tests; * Develop and revise written procedures, as well as train operators and supervisors; * Seek new supplies and suppliers, maintaining contact for process development; * Prepare monthly water balance; * Conduct process inspections across all areas, identifying non-conformities related to process, safety, and organization, directing corrective actions and monitoring execution; * Lead action plans for process improvements or failure analysis; * Stay updated through external technical references (articles, books, electronic media, networking, experts); * Verify supplier invoices and BMS, performing entries in Fluig; * Prepare presentations and reports as required; * Respond to requests from coordination and management; * Maintain coordination with maintenance, operations, environmental, and engineering teams to enhance the performance of the treatment station and metallurgical plant; * Support research and development of metallurgical routes aimed at increasing recovery, reducing waste, reagent consumption, and costs; * Evaluate daily parameters of crushing, grinding, cycloning, leaching, CIP, elution, electrolysis, filtration, and paste fill, discussing actions with teams to reduce inventories, improve sampling, and ensure efficiency; * Monitor daily indicators of mass, grade, recovery, and gold, understanding mass and metallurgical balances; * Perform other tasks of similar nature or level of complexity related to their specialty or work environment. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Mining Engineering; * Knowledge in metallurgical plant process operations; * Proficiency in Office software; * Class B driver's license; * Must reside in Conceição do Pará or Pitangui. **Competencies** * Critical and analytical thinking, focused on effective solutions * Openness to continuous learning and professional development * Growth mindset * Information analysis
