Refracont is a company located in Juatuba/MG, specializing in the manufacturing of ceramic fiber blankets, and we are seeking a professional to work as a \*Financial/Controller Analyst\*. **Position description:** We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to work directly with the executive management team, responsible for managing and controlling the company's financial routines, with strong emphasis on cost management and controller functions. This professional will play a strategic role in supporting decision-making, ensuring organizational structure, information reliability, and financial process efficiency. **Key responsibilities:** * Manage and execute accounts payable and accounts receivable routines * Monitor and control cash flow (actual and projected) * Conduct cost analysis and control, identifying opportunities for improvement and expense reduction * Support the controller area with managerial reports and financial KPIs * Prepare financial reports to support executive decision-making * Issue invoices (for products and/or services), ensuring operational compliance * Track deadlines, organize payments, and ensure the company's financial health * Develop and improve internal financial processes * Work autonomously with an analytical mindset, reporting directly to the director Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Financial Management, or related fields; Minimum 1 year of experience in finance; Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable; Practical knowledge of invoice issuance; Analytical, organized profile with a strong sense of responsibility; Ability to work directly with executive management; Experience in cost control and controller routines. Proactivity and commitment; Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM.
