Job Summary: Professional with experience in general building maintenance, repairs, painting, and environmental preservation, identifying needs and performing preventive and corrective interventions. Knowledge of painting, surface restoration, wall preparation, application of filler compound, sanding, finishing, and touch-ups, always aiming to maintain service quality and organization. Practical experience in identifying maintenance needs, executing minor preventive and corrective repairs, proper use of tools and materials, safeguarding facility preservation and ensuring efficient and safe task execution.
