That’s how we create a place where you feel valued and motivated to grow alongside us, living a journey of achievements that goes beyond results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve customers at the counter for product pickup. * Pick products according to picking maps. * Load trucks with products verified and released by the shipping department. * Load customer orders onto customers’ vehicles. * Assist in unloading trucks. * Inspect and record damages upon product returns. * Generate credits in the system for returns. * Use systems to locate and verify merchandise. * Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and easily accessible. * Report any operational process abnormalities to supervisors. * Maintain direct contact with the logistics department for alignment. * Perform paint tinting according to defined standards. * Participate in product inventories and stock control. * Implement and maintain the 5S methodology in the department. * Submit service requests for equipment maintenance (IT) and store infrastructure (Facilities). * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. * Support cleaning and upkeep of operational areas. * Perform stock control and update inventory records in the system. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (mandatory). * Prior experience in logistics support roles or retail environments (desirable). * Basic knowledge of logistics and product organization, labeling skills, product display in the showroom, basic computer proficiency (e.g., Excel) to support daily tasks, driver’s license. **Additional Information** Some benefits of joining our team: * Health and dental insurance: available from day one; * Meal allowance card; * Transportation voucher; * Life insurance: fully covered by us; * Free online medical and mental health support; * Annual bonus (after two full years with the company); * Scholarship program for your professional development.
