Commitment to service quality and organization **Job Summary** The professional will be responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and organization of both internal and external areas of the restaurant, ensuring appropriate, safe environments aligned with hygiene and safety standards. The role requires collaborative work with the team, contributing to service quality and the well-being of customers and colleagues. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant’s premises; * Carry out hygiene procedures for utensils, furniture, and equipment; * Properly sort, organize, and dispose of waste; * Manage and appropriately use cleaning materials and products; * Strictly comply with hygiene, safety, and good practice procedures; * Provide support to other departments and the team whenever necessary. **Requirements** * Prior experience in this role or similar activities is considered an advantage; * Attention to detail, diligence, and sense of responsibility; * Agility, organization, and commitment to service quality; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Benefits** * Medical assistance (company covers 50% of the employee’s monthly premium, with co-payment deducted from payroll); * Dental assistance at no cost to the employee; * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Life insurance at no cost; * On-site meals; * Pharmacy voucher. **Working Hours** * From 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM, on a 6x1 rotating schedule. **Remuneration** * Monthly salary of R$ 1,621.00; * Hazard pay allowance; * Average monthly commission of R$ 400.00; * Potential for additional earnings.
