Organization and communication in a dynamic environment We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to support the sales department’s activities, ensuring organization, agility, and quality in customer service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administrative support to the sales team * Preparation and submission of commercial proposals * Customer service and support (phone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp) * Updating registrations and information in system/CRM * Negotiation tracking and proposal follow\-up * Document and contract organization * Liaison with other departments (finance, operations, etc.) **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (higher education is a plus) * Prior experience in administrative or commercial roles * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in customer service * Familiarity with CRM systems * Experience working in service-providing companies **Compensation and Benefits:** * Fixed salary * Transportation allowance * Meal/food allowance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours.
