Job Summary: A logistics professional responsible for leading procurement processes with carriers, managing performance, qualifying suppliers, and supporting logistics strategies, leveraging ERP and TMS systems for continuous optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Lead end-to-end procurement and logistics services management processes. 2. Monitor logistics performance indicators and optimize the supply chain. 3. Negotiate procurements and manage logistics-related contracts. Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end procurement processes with carriers and logistics service providers in general (e.g., third-party logistics operators, terminals, external warehouses, customs brokers, etc.); * Prepare comparative analysis reports and proposal evaluations; * Monitor logistics performance indicators jointly with the logistics team (On-Time In-Full – OTIF, lead time, cost per km, etc.); * Support supplier qualification and evaluation processes for transportation and logistics services; * Support internal departments in defining inbound and outbound logistics strategies; * Utilize ERP and TMS systems for process management and data analysis; * Support cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics chain, tracking industry best practices; * Support contingency planning for logistics-related commercial risks; * Negotiate procurements, which may involve standard contracts. Requirements **Education** Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; **Mandatory Knowledge** Experience in logistics services and transportation; Experience in market research and benchmarking; Knowledge of transportation legislation and fiscal documents (CTe, MDF-e, NF-e); Advanced Microsoft Office suite; Proficiency in ERP (SAP) and TMS tools; Knowledge of logistics KPI analysis and BI tools; Negotiation and contract management skills; Familiarity with legal and regulatory standards (ANTT, Sefaz, etc.).
