Team Overview: Our team is dedicated to identifying fraud, preventing and reducing potential financial losses. We fight crime for a better business portfolio, improved customer experience, and greater security for both the company and the user. Role Responsibilities: * Critical eye to identify suspicious behaviors in monetary and non-monetary transactions (registration changes, digital behaviors, etc.); * Intermediate knowledge of Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); * Knowledge in Fraud Prevention analysis or related areas; * Knowledge in document examination. * Organizational skills to manage area processes; * Strong logical reasoning; * Analytical and investigative mindset; * Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate resilience; * Prior experience in the financial market (banks, fintechs, etc.). Plus: knowledge of SQL or programming logic and English. Role Qualifications: * Analyze document authenticity through document examination; * Assist in preparing post-fraud investigation dossiers to support continuous improvement; * Assist in managing demands handled by the anti-fraud operation; * Integration disputes; * Report and recommend actions to mitigate identified fraud attempts, process gaps, and fraud rules.
