This professional plays an essential role in maintaining traffic flow, correctly recording toll fees, and complying with toll plaza safety regulations. * Collect toll fees according to vehicle categories and established rates; * Provide user assistance, informing about fees and payment methods (cash, card, etc.); * Issue and deliver toll payment receipts to users, ensuring accurate transaction records; * Monitor vehicle flow, maintaining smooth traffic at toll booths; * Perform cash exchanges and handle money accurately, ensuring precise collections; * Maintain the organization of the booth and service area, keeping the environment clean and safe; * Inform users about traffic conditions, lane closures, or other relevant issues when necessary; * Comply with safety regulations established for toll plaza operations; * Perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation, verifying and recording collected amounts; * Address customer and driver needs courteously and respectfully to ensure a positive service experience. **Requirements and qualifications** Complete elementary education; Availability to work in shifts; Strong customer service skills, with courtesy and patience; Ability to perform simple calculations and handle cash; Ability to manage stressful situations and solve problems quickly; Knowledge of electronic toll collection systems is a plus; Experience or familiarity with cash handling and collection procedures is desirable. **Additional information** Work schedule on a 2x2 shift rotation; Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed Estadual); Life insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); Company-provided shuttle transportation. **In our selection processes, everyone is welcome. In the Way\-262 Concession, Way Brasil partners with investment manager Kinea. **Way\-306** The MS\-306 Highway Concession Company S.A. is responsible for managing the entire length of MS\-306, from kilometer zero at the MS/MT border to kilometer 218.1 at the junction with BR\-158 in Cassilândia (MS), including 1.4 kilometers of BR\-359, from kilometer zero to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia, all located in the northeastern region of Mato Grosso do Sul state. **Way\-112** The East MS Highways Concession Company S.A. manages the concession of MS\-112 and sections of BR\-158 and BR\-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS\-112 runs from the junction with BR\-158 in Três Lagoas to the same federal highway junction in Cassilândia, spanning 200.5 kilometers. The BR\-158 concession section extends from the MS\-306 highway (Cassilândia) to the junction with MS\-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR\-436 section runs from its junction with BR\-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, covering 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way\-262** The BR 262 MG Highway Concession Company S.A. manages the concession of BR\-262, a stretch starting at km 360\+100 at the junction with BR\-381 in Betim, extending to km 799 at the junction with BR\-050 in Uberaba, totaling 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned section lies within Minas Gerais state, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
