




Job Summary: Mello Transportes is seeking an Administrative Analyst for Billing, responsible for issuing transportation documents, managing deliveries, and driver reconciliations. Focus on organization and administrative process control Mello Transportes currently has an opening for an Administrative Analyst in the Billing department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issuing cargo transportation documents (CT-e, Waybill, CIOT, Manifest, and NFS-e); * Issuing complementary CT-e; * Managing and organizing delivery confirmation processes (handling physical and/or digital delivery receipts); * Performing driver reconciliations, including verification of supporting documentation such as invoices, pallets, unloading confirmations, toll receipts, and daily allowances. **Working Hours:** 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (12x36 shift) **Requirements:** * Experience in transportation or logistics operations; * Familiarity with transportation document issuance (CT-e, Manifest, CIOT) is desirable; * Prior experience in driver reconciliations and travel documentation verification is a plus; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree.
