#### **About the position:**
* The Restocking Supervisor oversees and supervises the store's restocking team activities to ensure excellent customer service; checks store cleanliness; and verifies inventory, goods receipt, restocking, pricing, and product organization on shelves.
#### **Requirements:**
Completed or currently pursuing high school education;
Experience in people management and leadership, as well as customer service and sales, is desirable.
#### **Responsibilities:**

* Guarantee service quality delivered by respective teams by managing people across attraction, retention, maintenance, development, and qualification;
* Ensure team compliance with company policies, monitoring discipline, hygiene, and employee procedures;
* Continuously pursue process improvement by tracking KPIs, addressing identified issues, and sharing and validating proposed initiatives with managers;
* Listen to customers and employees to resolve their concerns, keeping Human Resources informed;
* Inform senior management of customer suggestions and complaints;
* Inspect pallet organization, direct pallets to correct aisles (recording information to be relayed to the Assistant Manager), and take corrective action upon identifying anomalies;
* Coordinate section activities and assign tasks among staff;
* Monitor product display, pricing, coding, and PVPS to ensure merchandise is sold in optimal condition;
* Verify product placement, shelf layout, height, and market trends;
* Check merchandise prices to prevent discrepancies that may inconvenience customers;
* Monitor price signs and labels, verifying their placement and visibility;
* Track out-of-stock items by reviewing reports and shelves, arranging restocking; for new products, notify the Sales Department;
* Report out-of-stock items to the Assistant Manager/Manager and arrange restocking;
* Conduct nightly audits and leave findings for review and necessary action by the Assistant Manager/Manager;
* Supervise shelf cleaning and organization;
* Ensure the restocking department operates with maximum quality and productivity to satisfy customers and generate company profitability;
* Monitor expiration date lists and alert the Manager/Assistant Manager to take appropriate action when products are unlikely to sell before expiry;
* Collaborate with the team and warehouse department to control damaged goods (expired/damaged items), consistently maintaining damage rates below the target threshold.

* Rotating shift: 6 days on, 1 day off
