




Job Summary: Assist in food preparation, kitchen organization and cleaning, following instructions and ensuring proper product preservation. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with cutting, pre-preparation, and organization of industrial kitchens **Days of the Week: MON to FRI + 1 SAT per Month** **Working Hours: 07:00 to 16:48** RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in food preparation according to instructions from the chef and nutritionist; Perform pre-preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients; Maintain a clean and organized workplace, following hygiene and sanitation procedures; Support cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils; Wash dishes and sanitize utensils as needed; Ensure proper food preservation and storage. Previous experience as a kitchen assistant or in similar roles; experience in industrial kitchens or large-volume production; experience with cutting, pre-preparation, and kitchen organization; experience working in a kitchen team under the supervision of a nutritionist.
