Ensures compliance with safety and quality standards **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields; * Prior experience in maintenance supervision or coordination is desirable; * Knowledge of industrial maintenance; * Experience with maintenance KPIs, team management, and Lean Manufacturing is desirable. **Responsibilities** * Supervise maintenance activities; * Plan and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, including major shutdowns; * Coordinate and guide maintenance teams; * Analyze technical incidents and the condition of machinery and equipment; * Support equipment and facility improvement projects; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
