




Description: Education: * Completed or near completion of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, or related fields; Technical Skills: * Experience in managing IT infrastructure (servers, networks, virtualization); * Practical experience with cybersecurity tools and concepts (firewall, antivirus, SIEM, vulnerability analysis); * Advanced knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs); * Operating Systems Windows, Linux, hardware and software maintenance; * Office Suite (intermediate to advanced proficiency); * Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS); * Knowledge of LGPD and Central Bank regulations applicable to financial institutions; * Certifications such as Microsoft, Linux, ITIL or similar will be considered advantageous. Behavioral Skills: * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills; * Clear communication and active listening; * Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration; * Proactivity and autonomy; * Ability to work under pressure and respond to incidents; * Proactive identification of risks and improvement opportunities; * Commitment to continuous learning and studying new technologies. * Support the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of server infrastructure (Windows Server) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper\-V); * Manage and monitor local network health (switches, routers, Wi\-Fi); * Administer security solutions such as firewalls, corporate antivirus, and intrusion prevention systems (IDS/IPS); * Analyze security logs, identify threats, and participate in incident response; * Manage backup routines and execute disaster recovery plans (DRP); * Conduct vulnerability management and apply security patches to systems and servers; * Diagnose, document, and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and telephony; * Ensure, implement, and manage internal policies, information security standards, and best practices in IT governance; * Monitor and control department performance indicators, propose continuous improvements; * Provide technical guidance and support to the support team and other cooperative departments; * Availability to travel between service locations when necessary; * Mobilize efforts to achieve lasting and tangible results in accordance with Sicoob PRO guidelines; * Communicate information clearly and objectively, emphasizing active listening; * Focus daily actions on meeting members' needs, acting in alignment with our business, culture, and values, safeguarding our institutional identity; * Work cooperatively, maintain good relationships with peers and superiors, integrating efforts toward Sicoob PRO's objectives; * Possess technical expertise to perform processes effectively, using available resources in the best possible way, following internal and external guidelines, and meeting objectives, deadlines, and quality criteria for deliverables. 2511010202241843704
